Fibre meets protein = TASTE and, after this, no lunch required!

Ive chosen a mature Red Leicester cheese for this one, because of its astounding melting qualities.

1 slice sour dough bread, toasted and rubbed with a little garlic
Enough Red Leicester cheese to cover it, then grilled until bubbling
1 small tin of beans, plus 1 knob of butter to make them creamy, and seasoned with 1 tsp ground black pepper, heated in a small saucepan for 5 mins
2 sausages, cooked in the frying pan for 12-15 mins
1 tsp Dijon mustard
