I may just have invented a new crisp flavour, Lay The Table

I hate wasting food and my kids hate chicken skin. So whats a dad to do with the leftovers from the kids  roast chicken thigh dinner?

Why, grab a couple of slices of Tasty Lancashire Cheese from the fridge and make a novel snack. The crunch and saltiness of the chicken skin goes beautifully with the creamy texture and tanginess of the cheese.

It could be a new flavour of crisp. Im off to the patent office.
