I never eat lunch, so I feel I can justify this mammoth calorie-loaded breakfast once in a while: SAUSAGE, MUSHROOM AND CHEESE MELT ON SOUT DOUGH TOAST
All you need:
1 slice of sour dough bread, slightly toasted
2 sausages, cooked and chopped into chunks
1 portobello mushroom, sliced and cooked
3 slices Extra Strong Cheddar (I used Cornish Cruncher)
A smear of French mustard
Method: Spread the mustard on the toast, then loaded the sausages, mushrooms and cheese on top before melting under the grill.
Now Im going for a lie down.
