Sunny Snacks (on a stick) for Back to School
Ingredients:
Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites
Red bell pepper
Sliced black olives
Yellow mustard
Pretzel sticks
Directions:
1. Bake Mozzarella Bites according to package directions.
2. Insert stick halfway into the Mozzarella Bite.
3. Insert pretzel sticks evenly around the Mozzarella Bite.
4. Use a small offset spatula or knife to spread a thin layer of mustard around the top of the Mozzarella Bite.
5. Using a small, sharp knife, cut an olive* in half and trim off the inner flesh, so that you are left with two thin, black strips.
6. Make sure the black strips are curved and position them where the eyes belong on the face of the sun.
7. Cut a tiny, thin strip of red bell pepper* and form into a smile on the sun to complete the face.
(*You may want to prepare the olive and bell pepper before you begin.)
