Jam-packed with huge chunks of soft, yielding beef in a savoury gravy of ale, black treacle, tamarind, Worcestershire sauce and Stilton, topped with melt-in-the-mouth mashed potato, Im at a loss for words to describe how much better this Higgidy British Beef, Stilton and Sussex Ale Pie is compared to anything I could make from scratch.
