I've been meaning to go to Restaurant 27 since it opened being a fan of Montparnasse myself. I am intrigued even more now. I find it interesting that you found the place lacked a bit of atmosphere, especially as I would say that that is not exactly one of Montparnasse's strong points either. I actually think that is a fair criticism of most of the area's better restaurants too. I have now been to JSW in Petersfield, 36 on the Quay in Emsworth and Vattika in Wickham and at all of them I felt like I was eating at someone else's Grandma's house. Anyway, it's always good to read the adventures of a fellow foodie. Keep up the good work! Adam. Thank you for the review.
