If there’s a food programme on TV, you can guarantee I’ll be watching it! I love to learn about all different styles of cooking and I’ve got lots of recipes books of the TV Shows but who’s your favourite? What do you like about their style of cooking?

My favourite TV Chef is Gizzi Erskine – she’s very cool, I love her style. I also think some of her recipes are very innovative. I’ve made several from her website – always come out perfect right away. Try the dark sticky treacle cake recipe – yum!
